Another day, more tv news to catch up on. On a side note, just watched the first episode of this seasons Sons of Anarchy. I really don't think I"m going to be able to watch this show one episode at a time. I caught up with the first two seasons in a week and I loved it. 53 minutes at a time isn't going to cut it, the show is just too good. Let's get back to the tv news.
Speaking of the Sons, fresh of a stint on Sons Hal Holbrook who you might know from Into the Wild, has just signed on to do a multiple episode run on the upcoming series The Event. Yet another great cast member that is on this show. I hope for good things from this one.
This is now from the what the heck are they thinking department. TNT has just put in an order for a Dallas update. You remember Dallas? Who shot JR? Back in the 80's when night time soaps were all the rage.
It would appear that Aerosmith's Joe Perry isn't a fan of American Idol. He's been quoted as saying "I don't want Aerosmith's name involved with it" Fox hasn't officially come out and said that Steven Tyler is part of the panel, but Perry doesn't seem too excited. I don't think Aerosmith will be playing the stage this year, just a guess.
This isn't tv news, but I just had to pass this on. Apparently Justin Bieber accounts for 3 percent of all Twitter traffic. I knew he was often trending on the social networking site, but that's just insane.
Here's a sneak peak of Jennifer Aniston reuniting with former friends star Courtney Cox on her new show, Cougar Town.
Apparently today was reunion day for CBS. They've also released a picture from the upcoming Everybody Loves Ray "reunion" on The Middle.
Geek-Life.com has posted their geeky Fall Tv Preview here for all your viewing pleasure.
Universal has announced that they are going to release three films and a tv series for Stephen Kings epic novel series The Dark Tower. Ron Howard is tapped to direct the first film and the first season of the tv series. No announcement on which network will be airing the series, but I really hope it's either HBO, Showtime or AMC.
Woah, this is kinda big. Over at the Ausiello files at Ew.com, they're reporting that former House actress Jennifer Morrison is auditioning for quite the role this season. A love interest for Ted in as many as 13 episodes. Could this finally be the mother we've been waiting all these years to meet? I'm hoping so.
It's been reported also from the files that Robert Englund aka Freddy Kruger, has signed on for the Halloween episode of Chuck this season.
HBO has released 3 sneak peeks for this Sundays True Blood season finally.
White Collar ended last night for a midseason break and they'll be returning January 2011. Here's the preview.
White Collar Season 2 continues January 2011!

ABC has brought out a new preview for the mega drama Grey's Anatomy.
Here's another great promo for this season of Vampire Diares.
The following promo is quite clever, it stars the cast of Chuck put it's actually a preview for The Event.
ABC has also released a few promo's for the new show Detroit 1 8 7.
The last preview of the day goes to 90210, it's not a great one, but it does tell where the show is going this year.
