What's Playing in the Media Room - January 4th 2011

How was your first night back watching full time television?  I watched a very dramatic episode of How I Met Your Mother with a surprise ending that no one saw coming.  It was an average episode of Two and a Half Men last night, I think I've realized that Alan needs to go and we need way more Ryan Styles on the show.  Then we caught a great episode of Castle with someone actually rattling Beckett's cage a little bit.  She was more rattled last night than the time that her home was destroyed.  We ran out of time to catch Hawaii Five-0 but that's queued up on the pvr that I hope to watch after I finished the rest of the posts I've got lined up for tonight.

Thoughts from the Media Room: I'll be watching this one, but I do feel that it is coming into it's on geeky self like I hoped it would.  The main plot is really starting to get moving now, what's the evil boss really up to?  Hopefully we'll find out sooner than later.

Thoughts from the Media Room: As soon as last season's finale ended, I said "That's It! I'm Out!" I went through all summer thinking I was out.  But now I've watched the preview for this episode, the hiring of a former V star and the promise of seeing the lizards this season may have pulled me right back in.

Thoughts from the Media Room: One of my favorites this season.  If you read this blog on a regular basis you know I have tonnes of love for the 187.  You really should be watching this one.

Crosby struggles to teach Jabbar to clean his room and Zeek catches Drew drinking beer. Alex has dinner with Haddie's family while Joel and Julia death with Sydney.

Thoughts from the Media Room:  I'm really starting to wonder if Parenthood is going to get a third season.

Flashpoint - 10:00 - CTV - Season 3 Episode 8

Episode Title: Collateral Damage

Team One is out to capture a man for the murder of his daughter after escaping being from a transport fan for prisoners. Team One learns the suspect is after someone surprising who he hopes can prove his innocence. Ed gets word that his wife is on the way to the hospital due
to complications from her pregnancy.

Thoughts from the Media Room: CTV really promotes this show horribly, like my bio states I spend waaaay too much time reading about this stuff and I had NO idea this show was coming back tonight until today.  Boo CTV Boo!

Burn Notice - 10:00 - Showcase - Season 2 Episode 1

Episode Title: Breaking and Entering

Having been recruited by the people who burned him, Michael's new handler Carla tasks him with helping a computer tech, Jimmy, whose wife and daughter were kidnapped, liberate some information that is guarded by bowel less mercenaries.

Also at 10, TLC is repeating the Extreme Couponing special they had on last week.

What will be playing in my Media Room tonight?  It's going to be a super full night for this house hold and I love it!!  Tonight I've got No Ordinary Family, What Not to Wear, Detroit 187, Flashpoint and maybe I'll pvr V. Maybe.
