What's Playing in the Media Room - March 15

The Biggest Loser - 8:00 Two Hours - NBC/CityTV - Season 11 Episode 11
Episode Title: Episode #1111
Host Alison Sweeney tells the remaining 12 contestants that they will all be on one team this week - the blue team - and they will all have immunity if they beat their weight loss from the previous week. But first, there's a pop challenge in which they have to prepare delicious, healthy, low-calorie meals in under 30 minutes. Chefs Curtis Stone and Lorena Garcia will decide who prepares the best dish, with the winner getting a coveted prize. Later the blue team meets at a rock quarry where they'll have to uncover a buried rope attached to signs with trivia questions. If they answer the questions incorrectly, they will be led in the wrong direction, something all the players want to avoid since the winners get a huge advantage at this week's weigh-in. Later, Dr. Huizenga drops by with impressive medical updates, including the news that one contestant has already reached their goal weight.

Glee - 8:00 - Fox/Global - Season 2 Episode 16
Episode Title: Original Song
With Sue Sylvester coaching Aural Intensity, Blaine and the Warblers' dynamic set list and tough judges Tammy Jean Albertson and Sister Mary Constance, the kids of New Directions decide the only way to win Regionals is to write and perform their own original songs. Meanwhile, Quinn is hell-bent on getting Finn back and ruling McKinley once again.

Thoughts from the Media Room: I'm actually excited for this one, I get annoyed with this show very easily. I hope to see a good amount of story on this one. Kathy Griffin and Loretta Devine guest star this week as judges.

V - 9:00 - ABC - Season 2 Episode 10
Episode Title: Mothers Day
Anna is focused on having Lisa breed with Tyler to ensure the evolution of the Visitors, while Erica and Diana enlist Lisa to stage a coup against Anna and remove her from power before humanity is destroyed. Erica and the Fifth Column join Lisa in the attempted coup, which has devastating results. Also in the episode, Marc Singer, who played freedom fighter Mike Donovan on the original "V" series, guest stars as Lars Tremont, a member of a top secret organization of high-ranking military and government leaders from around the globe who have long suspected that the Visitors are very much not here in peace.

Thoughts from the Media Room: OH BABY! This is going to be epic! Expect lots of death tonight, no character is safe. They're going for it all to try and get another season. Original series star Mark Singer guest stars this week.

Raising Hope - 9:00 - Fox - Season 1 Episode 17
Episode Title: Mongooses
When the Chance family visits a lawyer to prep their wills and assign guardianship for Hope, Burt's feelings are hurt when Jimmy chooses Sabrina over him. Meanwhile, Sabrina feels overwhelmed by her new responsibility, and Maw Maw is convinced that mongooses are infesting the house.

Thoughts from the Media Room: This show is brilliant, I wasn't fan of Earl from the same producer. I enjoy this week in and week out and look forward to it everyweek.

Traffic Light - 9:30 - Fox - Season 1 Episode 6
Episode Title: No Good Deed
When Adam accidentally gets Callie's car stolen, he tries to make it up to her by replacing the old car with a brand-new hybrid. In an effort to surprise Callie with a brand-new car, Adam enlists the help of Mike and Ethan to get the best deal on the car, but the hunt for the best bargain turns into a competition. Meanwhile, Mike's grown-up "little brother" from a mentor program he used to volunteer for visits Mike and Lisa and surprises them both with an unexpected book dedication, and Ethan befriends a loner car salesman.

Thoughts from the Media Room: Add this one to the frustrated list, it amazes me how week to week this show changes on the funny level.

Detroit 187 - 10:00 - ABC - Season 1 Episode 17
Episode Title: Motor City Blues
An explosive event sets the stage for emotional shifts in the lives of the detectives: Fitch tries to rebuild his relationship with his 12-year-old son, Bobby; Longford begins the paperwork needed for his retirement; Washington focuses on his newborn son; Mahajan retreats further from an arranged marriage, and Sanchez may be contemplating a new relationship. But their plans are interrupted when Longford and Mahajan investigate the murder of a young graffiti artist, Jordan Loney. There seems to be a clear suspect in the case, but Fitch is intrigued by some artistic doodles that eventually lead to a suspect with a disturbing history and a darker motive. Finally, when Fitch's ex-wife flies to Detroit to leave their son for a planned visit, she drops some shocking news on her ex. Little does Fitch know that he, his son and the other detectives will soon all be in great jeopardy.

Thoughts from the Media Room: For some reason I thought this was going to be the finale, but apparently not. For another reason the finale will air on Sunday. I just might cry if this show doesn't get a second season. It will be a crime that this drama doesn't get a second season.

The Listener - 10:00 - CTV - Season 2 Episode 5
Episode Title: Inner Circle
Toby is brought in to investigate corrupt cops but finds himself in over his head when one of them ends up dead from a suspected drug overdose.

Lights Out - 10:00 - FX Network - Season 1 Episode 10
