But her happiness turns to panic when she and Mike learn that Brick needs to write a daily journal and turn it in to Ms. Rinsky or risk not moving up to the fourth grade; that Axl hasn't fulfilled his required 30 days of community service; and that, because of an error, Sue must prove that she never took a sick day from school in order to receive a perfect attendance award at her middle school graduation ceremony.

Thoughts from the Media Room: While I picked Scotty last night, that was before he sang that horrible original song. Lauren's third song has probably won this thing for her. Congrats to whoever wins it all. It's been a great season and one of the best for talent I've seen.


Modern Family - 9:00 - ABC/CityTV - Season 2 Episode 24
Episode Title: The One That Got Away
Jay wants nothing more than to have a quiet birthday out fishing on the lake, but the family take that as him wanting a big celebration, and in their frantic scramble to put everything together, Claire and Mitchell wind up trapped in the yard of their childhood home; Phil runs into his old college nemesis while at the mall with Gloria and Lily; Cameron gets himself into some hot water at the bakery, and the kids frantically do some creative editing on grandpa's birthday video, all of which leaves Jay with a headache.

Criminal Minds:Suspect Behavior - 10:00 - CBS/CTV - Season 1 Episode 13
Episode Title: Death By A Thousand Cuts
Cooper and the team search for a serial killer who is shooting people in crowded areas. Beth is put in danger when she and Prophet go under cover.

Happy Endings - 10:30 - ABC/CityTV - Season 1 Episode 12
Episode Title: The Shershow Redemption
A sudden invitation to an old friend's upcoming wedding brings out mixed feelings and unexpected consequences. The bride has the unpleasant feeling that Alex is bad luck while Brad and Jane find something unexpected about their marriage. Unmarried and not engaged has Penny feeling low so she asks Derrick to pretend they're engaged.
Thoughts from the Media Room: Number ONE comedy of the night for me now. It's only been a short few weeks, but this one ends tonight as well.
