Episode Title: Speedo Time
The five remaining teams depart from the Havet Ship docked in Copenhagen, Denmark and continue on the ninth leg of the race.

There isn't enough drama here, yaaaay, Snow Boarders win again.


The Simpsons - 8:00 - FOX/Global - Season 23 Episode 6
Episode Title: The Book Job
Lisa becomes disheartened when she learns the shocking truth behind the "tween lit" industry and her beloved fantasy novel characters. But Homer decides to cash in on the craze and forms a team to group-write the next "tween lit" hit, with the king of fantasy, Neil Gaiman, lending his expertise to the effort. After catching the eye of a slick industry publisher at the Springfield Book Fair, the team gets an advanced copy of their work and discovers that the corporate lit business is a bigger operation than they imagined.

An illness forces Joel to stay home, but his popularity is in jeopardy when Allen presumes to take his place in the social pecking order at school. Meanwhile, Richard makes his presence felt at his father's company.

Alicia and Will argue a case in front of a mercurial military judge. Meanwhile, Eli's confidence gets shaken; and Diane issues an ultimatum to protect the firm.

Takes the prize for best episode title of the night.


The Walking Dead - 9:00 - AMC - Season 2 Episode 6
Episode Title: Secrets
Revelations begin to come out among the members of the group. Shane teaches Andrea how to fire a weapon but the desire to put the past behind him and focus on survival eats at him. Glenn wrestles with keeping his secret about the barn Walkers from the group. Lori confines in Dale about her pregnancy.

Boardwalk Empire - 9:00 - HBO - Season 2 Episode 9
Episode Title: Battle of the Century
Nucky and Owen seek cooperation with the IRA in Belfast; Jimmy makes a deal with George Remus before the next Jack Dempsey bout; Margaret worries about Emily's deteriorating health; Dunn Purnsley organizes a strike at the Ritz; the feud between Waxey Gordon and Manny Horvitz heats up in Philadelphia; Halloran is questioned about Nucky's past by Randolph and Clifford Lathrop.

I have yet to watch an episode of this season. It's going to be a good day when we power through it.

American Dad - 9:30 - FOX/Global - Season 8 Episode 5
Episode Title: Virtual Insanity
Feeling guilty because he has failed to bond with Steve, Stan makes a gorgeous virtual girlfriend (voice of Sarah Michelle Gellar) for his teen son. Meanwhile, Roger starts a limo service, and he seeks revenge when some riders cheat him.

Was I in a coma for a long, long time? How did this get into it's 8th season? Come on people.


CSI:Miami - 10:00 - CBS - Season 10 Episode 9

The CSIs investigate when three convicted murderers are released from prison and someone starts killing them one by one.


Hung - 10:00 - HBO - Season 3 Episode 8
Episode Title: "I Sandee," or "This Sex. Which Is. Not One."
Tanya calls on the mother of Charlie's baby to help find him after he skips bail; Lenore makes it her mission to destroy the Wellness Center; Sandee coaches Jason on how to make his move; Ray worries that he's lost his magic touch with women, including Jessica.


Homeland - 10:00 - Showtime - Season 1 Episode 8
Episode Title: Achilles Heel
As Carrie and Saul reel from the news that Walker is alive, the intelligence community clashes on the best way to capture him; Brody learns a shocking truth about his captivity.

Last week I said that this was the best show not on in Canada. Turns out it's on Superchannel, Mondays at 8:00. Tune in, it's a fantastic show.


Hell On Wheels - 10:00 - AMC - Season 1 Episode 3
Episode Title: A New Birth of Freedom
When Lily goes missing, Durant organizes a search party. A subsidiary request prevents Cullen from his continued search for the sergeant involved in the murder of his wife.


How To Make it in America - 10:30 - HBO - Season 2 Episode 8
Episode Title: What's In a Name
In the second-season finale, Ben wonders how to rescue CRISP and his friendship with Cam. Meanwhile, Domingo and Cam launch a PR blitz to clean up Rasta Monsta's image; Rachel seeks advice from a former mentor; and Kaplan parties one more time before going to jail.

Hmmm, everything I'm recommending is on cable channels (I don't count AR) and nothing on regular networks. Pick up the slack network television. Cable is destroying you in the hard hitting, superbly written and acted dramas.
