What's Playing In The Media Room - September 16th

Here we are cruising right along, easing into the chaos that will be next week. It's going to be rough, get the snacks ready! Next week we've got an average of 9.5 premieres a day, yikes...who's got that kind of time. Damn you work for getting in the way...let's not worry about next week till we get there, let's take a look at this tonight.

The Vampire Diaries - 8:00 PM - The CW - Season 2 Episode 2

I will admit, I loved this premiere last week. Judging by what happened to Caroline last week and what this description is saying, it would appear to me that Caroline has been turned into a vampire. Sweet little Caroline a blood sucker?


Nikita - 9:00 PM - The CW - Season 1 Episode 2

Nikita tries to thwart Percy and Michael's plan; Alex is activated early for a special assignment. A pivotal moment in Nikita's life is revealed.

I was entertained with the pilot, still not sure if I like Maggie Q in this role. She seems a bit stiff, but Bourne is also stiff and that's kind of what this is like. I'll give it another watch.

The designers have to create a look which Jacqueline Kennedy would have worn.

I've only watched the first 3 or 4 episodes of this and I got distracted by something else that needed watching and never got back to it. This is a very funny show that doesn't get enough attention. It's in it's 6th season, it's gotta be pretty to still be around, even if it's on FX.


The League - 10:30 PM - FX - Season 2 Episode 1

The League's reigning champion pulls out all the stops and hosts the draft in Las Vegas; when one member drops out Jenny thaws her hat in the ring to join THE League!

I watched the pilot episode of the first season of this one, I'm not into Fantasy sports so maybe I just didn't get it. But it was awkward and frankly not that funny.

What will be playing in my media room tonight?

Mostly catch up tonight, I've got stuff from Tuesday and Wednesday I still need to watch. Plus I'll add Vampire Diaries and Nikita from tonight to the watch pile. *gulp*
