What's Playing in the Media Room - March 22nd

No Ordinary family - 8:00 - ABC/CTV - Season 1 Episode 18
Episode Title: No Ordinary Family
The Powell's lives are in danger when a super-villain with animal-like powers is tasked by Mrs. X to eliminate the family. Meanwhile, good girl Daphne takes a rebellious step by ditching school with boyfriend Chris to attend a Sara Bareilles music video shoot. JJ becomes suspicious of Mr. Litchfield's motives when he's presented with different equations from those of the rest of the academic decathlon team; and Katie makes a shocking discovery about Joshua - aka The Watcher.

Thoughts from the Media Room: You've watched it this long, you might as well see how it all ends. Things really aren't looking good for this one.

NCIS - 8:00 - CBS/Global - Season 8 Episode 18
Episode Title:Out of the Frying Pan
A teenage boy is accused of murdering his father, a retired marine, and Gibbs questions Vance's decision that Gibbs should cross-examine the young man.

The Biggest Loser - 8:00 Two Hours - NBC/CityTV Season 11 Episode 12
Episode Title:Episode 1112
This week, one eliminated contestant returns and the remaining players are split into four teams - red, blue, green and black. Each team will be led by one of the four trainers - Bob Harper, Jillian Michaels, Cara Catronuova and Brett Hoebel. While Bob takes his team to spin class and Jillian takes hers to work out at the beach, Brett leads his group on a hike and Cara heads to a boxing ring and has one of her players fight against a longtime boxer. Later, the four teams square off in a difficult challenge involving ropes and weights, and then gameplay at the weigh-in doesn't turn out the way one contestant expects, and another player is sent home.

Best in Film: The Greatest Movies of our Time - 9:00 Two Hours - ABC
Hosts Tom Bergeron and Cynthia McFadden reveal America's favorite films.

Thoughts from the Media Room: I'll watch this, but maybe I could take it more seriously if it wasn't hosted by Tom Bergeron.

NCIS:LA - 9:00 - CBS/Global - Season 2 Episode 19
Episode Title: Enemy Within
NCIS investigates whether the life of a Venezuelan politician is in danger after a Navy Intelligence Commander who is responsible for tracking his moves suddenly disappears.

Traffic Light - 9:30 - FOX - Season 1 Episode 7
Episode Title:Stealth Bomber
Mike asks his boss for a raise after learning Lisa makes more than him; Adam must confront his bathroom phobia; Ethan finds his match in Callie's sex-obsessed sister.

Thoughts from the Media Room: I think you can throw this one into the won't be back next year pile.

The Good Wife - 10:00 - CBS/Global - Season 2 Episode 17
Episode Title:Ham Sandwich
Lockhart Gardner law firm represents client and drug kingpin Lemond Bishop in divorce proceedings, even though Bishop wants reconciliation. Meanwhile, Kalinda is subpoenaed for a grand jury investigation.

Lights Out - 10:00 - FX Network - Season 1 Episode 11
Episode Title: Rainmaker
Lights tries to help a hard-up and drunken former champ; a talkative witness threatens Lights’ future.

Thoughts from the Media Room: I'm starting to really wonder if this will get a second season.
